“Ping” refers the network delay between your device to UU boost server, i.e., the “Local Delay”. The assigned boost server is the optimum one we matched for you through our cloud intelligent algorithm, according to your current network state, the game you are playing, your location and your ISP.
The “Local Delay” largely depends on your current network environment. If this delay goes to high, we suggest you to check the 4G/3G/2G signal strength, the signal strength of your Wi-Fi access point, the traffic congestion of your network access point, and your local bandwidth usage, etc. These environment factors is critical for in-game network performance.
For the “Server Delay” (i.e., the network delay between the assigned boost server to the game server), UU has arranged an exclusive network pathway for you to transfer game datagrams. UU experts team offers 7 * 24 operation support to ensure the server delay being low and stable, and make package loss as low as possible.
Please refer to your actual experience in the game as the standard of the actual network delay.
